Best Way To Get To New Immigration Building?

I live on New Petchburi Rd. where it crosses Ekkamai (Charn Issara). I need to go to the new immigration building on Wattana to get a re-entry stamp.

What's the best way to get there? I don't really want to use a taxi but will if i have to. I have no idea what the place looks like or whee it is.

Also, what time does it open and does anyone have any pointers for when i get there?

You can take the skytrain to Morchit then a taxi, or a van going to Pakkred, Do a search here as there are photos, address, links etc and several threads about it. The building is in Cheangwattana Road, off Vidhavadi-Rangsit Road.
