Rimmer
Just before 3am on Saturday, Police Lieutenant Colonel Suwit from Banglamung Police Station was called to the scene of a gang-related fight which occurred in a small road off Soi Neun Plub Wan. The incident occurred in front of a small gas station for motorbikes as a group of friends were filling their bikes up before they went home. A further group consisting of 10 young men approached them and a fight ensued, during which a knife and a gun were produced. One of the victims, a 17 year old boy, was stabbed in his arm by one of the attackers. Thankfully, the gun was not expelled during the altercation. Police managed to round up the 10 men thought to have been involved in the fight and took them back to the Police Station. Khun Suwagit aged 19 was charged with possession of the firearm but he claimed that his group did not start the fight and at no point did he produce the gun. Despite this, he was charged with possession of an unlicensed firearm in a public place and the other gang members were charged with public order offences. www.pattayaone.net [newsfooter][/newsfooter] 2010-01-

Credo
What's the saying: Don't bring a knife to a gun fight. I hope the injured guy makes a full recovery.
