Hydroxyzine has a longer half life, about 20 hours so it's more likely to give you a hangover effect the next day. Benadryl (diphenhydramine--has a shorter half life , about 7-10 hours, so does Sominar. Shorter half lifes will give you less next day effects. -

Anyone who has rented in Thailand knows this scam or the massive electric bill which coincidently is the same as the deposit! Mind you it is the same in the uk, landlords just hate paying you back your deposit!!! But in the uk there is a safe deposit system and you can fight for your deposit back. It took me 6 months but I finally got it back. -

Dr. Siri Chiewchanwit has a Clinic (week nights in MoonMuang Rd, ChiangMai just down from Ratchadameon Rd, next to a small temple. His day surgery is on 5th Floor Sriphat Hospital (brown building). He has a scope and can zoom in on your nodule and identify then advise you of appropriate action ie freeze or removal. His rates are very reasonable. You need to be there before 8am to get a Cue number on the ground floor Reception where you Register; go to the 5th floor where his nursing staff are..he then arrives about 9am. You won't be disappointed. Best of luck.
