Keep getting mixed dates in my inquiries to when the Jazz Fest kicks off. It's a great event but sure is difficult getting the dates straight from various sources. Over to Buksida again??? Shades of the 'kite festival' date fiasco...

There's a big banner now on Petchkasem near the Police Station that says June 3-5, same dates as in the pullout ad in the bangkok post.

PS: I don't read the Bkk post- since they banned us from advertising last year. Called us competition (??!!)

There's a big banner now on Petchkasem near the Police Station that says June 3-5, same dates as in the pullout ad in the bangkok post.

Yep, drove under this yesterday.

Don't yer just love Thai planning ... 3 weeks before the event and there is hardly a sniff of info about it on the web. The Jazz Fests own website still has last years info on it!

Yea. I saw their website at first and thought that was funny. I was told that they don't want to promote it too much because then too many people would show up.

But essentially providing misleading dates is a little backwards.
