Repair Shop In Pattaya Wanted For Lcd Monitor

Featured Replies

My Benq LCD monitor has died on me. Worked fine one day, next day would not start.

Press the on/off button and the LED flashes, but nothing else happens.

Any recommenadtion as to a repair shop to fix it or tell me to junk it.

Lots of shops in the local IT centre - TukCom - but which is best to get a repair estimate?

Or take to an outside shop like Wattana or other shop in town?

I'd recommend taking it to Amorn shop at the basement of Tukcom. They have repaired an LCD screen for me that most likely got busted by a power surge. They will call you back with an estimate after they have checked it out. Their English is non existing though, so you need someone to talk Thai to them, unless you can talk to them yourself.

There is a shop on the 3or 4th floor, sorry i do not remember the floor or the name. But they have all neon signs in english and always is busy.Kind of black shop(black in color) and have many people work there, corner shop

if they can not fix-you do not pay

Thanks for your suggestion. I took it to Amorn and they repaired it within three days. Cost was only 900 Baht and one month's guarantee for the repair.

As you said, very little English, so do not know what was wrong, but happy it is fixed and the cost was good.

My pleasure. I'm glad to hear it worked out!

I've been pleased with their work so far.
