Professional Property Management

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Small condo/ apartment for rent in Bangkok, suit Thai tenant, rent for 3,500 baht per month. Are there any professional property management service providers in Bangkok who handle such properties and how comprehensive are their services? what are their fees like?

Any advice appreciated.

Damo.

Yes, there are firms. Too, every condo development has a "sales/rental office", and you very first inquiry should be with it.

I've seen some Condo Management companies charge 7% - 8% of the rental amount and deduct any maintenance / repair costs incurred from the rent.

Ideal Property Solutions (IPS) in Pattaya is crazy. 15% property management fee a month.

Depends on the rental value of the property. Bt3,500 is too low to apply a low percentage. Taxi fare to and from cost over 8%... .. :)
