Looking at the pictures in my compendium, the pill could have been anything from viagra to a sedative to fungus treatment. It really doesn't matter does it? We do not dose people without verifying if there is an underlying medical condition that would cause a serious adverse reaction. Someone obviously put her up to this and that means that the longer you hang around this woman, the more likely that the next attempt will be successful. Put some distance between her and her friends and do it fast.

Similar but slightly different chemical make-up (diazapam vs alprazolam). Xanax are also stronger ie. have more of a knockout effect but with the addition of alcohol the result would be the same.

The OP said it was a small 'purple' pill. Valiums, or diazepam, are not purple, they are light blue. Valiums are small though. Xanax is definitely not the same thing as Valium. They are similar in their prescribed usage.

The time has come for me to ask a question and take the pulse of the community on an issue I have dealt with this week. As you might guess, it does involve a Thai lady that I have been dating for about a month. (I can hear the groaning already). I'll try to keep this brief, but give you necessary details. And Alprazolam (Xanax) are white if memory serves me right. As for Valium, some a purple - but not all - and agian different doses are different colours. In the end though it's all pretty irellevant, why would anyone want to have anything to do with someone who has tried to spike a drink with a unknown medication? - it's dangerous, irresponsible and suggests very clearly that the girl can't be trusted. Take the advice from others and dump the bitch.

Xanax can be purple, or at least the ones prescribed in Australia are but I've seen white ones here sold as Xanax and purple too. A very dumb thing to put in someones' drink..hardly fun at all.

I think you already know the correct answer. it co-incides with what you suspected in the first place and 100% of everyone here agrees with... Hasta la vista baby. It's too bad if she was coerced by a friend who had ulterior ideas, but she can't be trusted, and that ends it. There is no other option no matter HOW nice she is otherwise.

IMO, it depends on what the pill is and this is why you should get it tested.

If it is Viagra or something that is generally harmless, you know she meant no harm and is telling the truth. If it is a sleeping pill or similar, you know for sure she was up to no good. If it is Ecstasy or similar, you can make your own judgment based on how you feel about recreational drugs.

Bottom line; get it tested.

I like the way she said it. She cares about your feelings. What she really meant was "I gave you the pill so I could enjoy more" surely. However, from that you can deduce that she conversed with her friends about bedroom performance and duration and also didn't mind trusting that a little purple pill wouldn't have any negative side affects for you (your heart needs to able to take the strain).

I don't understand why everyone is so hard on those who slip pills. I have no problem sneaking various pills to my wife. It usually depends on what mood I'm in. It can be quite halarious at times sitting back watching her feeling sooooooo goooooood all of a sudden or her trying to figure out what she ate that is making her go to the bathroom 5 times an hour. Thanks for all the replies, opinions, and advice. I apologize for the late reply, but I did have to work this evening. The verdict is in, and for the most part it is unanimous. I have given careful consideration to all the posts and have made up my mind. The real issue here was the action itself and not the intent. That was the part that pushed me over the fence. I am pretty well convinced that her intentions may have been harmless and well meant, but the approach and actions she took were simply unacceptable and possibly downright dangerous. This is not the kind of person I want to be spending my time with no matter how good the "benefits" are. I am saddened a bit by the whole thing because I had put a bit of effort into it only to do a "crash and burn". In the end, it could have been much worse had I let it continue.

I tried to identify the pill, but the little bit of "beer" damage that it received made it difficult. Down the sink it went, and out the door she will stay. I could put a great deal more effort into trying to figure out what it was, but what would really be the point? It could have been anything, but knowing what it was won't change the fact that she tried to sneak it up on me. Time to cut the cord, leave it behind, and keep moving along here. Running a partially dissolved tablet all over town trying to figure out what it is was not going to change the facts of how it got there. No matter what it was.

Thanks to everyone for adding some reason to my slightly sleep deprived day. The phone calls have stopped, and as long as I can make it through the night without a knock on my door, I'll be just fine. The night security guard downstairs has been warned, so that shouldn't be an issue.

Very good reasoning! I believe that you have thought this out and did what you had to do. Hey, its not like she is the only girl in Thailand. What you need to do is establish what drug this tablet contains then you can be more sure of her motives.

There is a tablet called Alprazolam (Xiemed brand) which is purple in colour and oval in shape with a 'notch' in one side and they say XM 1.0 on the other side. They come in pink and purple, the purple ones are the higher dose - 1mg. Of course it could be pretty much any other drug as well. They are often used as sleeping tablets although the true medical use is as an anti anxiety medication. This drug is also the same active ingredient as the Xanax brand.

Problem is dosage, some people wake up with a headache, some never wake up again.

Also some tables make you forget the last hour or so before you go to sleep and make you highly suggestive to giving out PIN codes etc. (Dormicum and its deriverates)

I was waiting to see if someone mentioned this. Even with legit drugs, there are people who have allergic reactions. With non-legit drugs of questionable quality and dosage...even more of a chance. Anyone who would risk YOUR life for either their pleasure or to rob you is not worth the skin she's wrapped in.

I figured it out. Xanax is a popular purple pill in Thailand, it makes you sleepy and less horney. She just did not want to have sex with you.
