FlakeyFoont
I'm considering buying the class 2+1 policy from AXA (for a car over 10 years old). Anyone have any experience making a claim with AXA?
ThaivisaInsurance
Yes, a very good company and one we use allot. Just be sure you go through a licensed Broker !
junkofdavid2
Good insurance company, for me, is judged on 3 grounds: price, service, and claims processing (without giving you the runaround when it comes to collecting money for damages). 1) On price, they seem to be "reasonable" (not cheap, but reasonable). 2) On service (at least their English call-center service), they are EXCELLENT. 3) On claims; I have never had to make a claim yet (thank god), so I can't help you in that aspect. jingjingna
I have always used Axa and have no complaints. I did make one claim...which was sorted out between the dealer and Axa with no fuss at all. When my so called free insurance with my new car expires I will go back to Axa without a doubt. Whether or not you go through a broker is upto you. For the first few years I never did and it was during this time that I did actually make a claim..had no problems whatsoever. Hope this info helps! FlakeyFoont
With a class 2 policy, does the insurance company still send out a representative to the scene of a accident or is that just with the 1st class policy?
