Hello,

We have to sell 1 rai of nice land in sarburi, geng-koi.

350 m to main road. no faktories, clean air.

To Tesco 2 km.

To Market 2 km.

There is a road to the land.

Its as i wrote above 350 m away from the main road. With

a connection to it !

Electricity is avail at the neigbours, if you want to build

a house ask the electricity company to connect the

land to the existing net.

Also there is water to get the same way and telephone

and internet etc.

Even DSL, this should all not be problem in Saraburi.

(ca. 110 km away from Bankok)

Land is estimated of worth 1 million Bath, if you have time to wait for a buyer.

Because this s urgent case we now go down to

600,000 Bath

This is expecting the buyer to pay charges and taxes for the transfer to the land office.

What land title deed does this land have, full chanote?

Who says the land is worth 1 million baht?

Is this government water or well water?

Please give google maps coordinates for this land.

Price seems rather high for a piece of farm land, I would imagine for Sara Buri even 300,000 baht for full chanote farm land to be on the high side, but until I know the exact details and restrictions on the land I cant comment further.

Why the urgent need to sell?

I notice the photo has VRS real estate company ltd photoshopped onto it, are you a realtor?

If some what percent are you charging?

The land title is full chanote as i know. for

details please PM you will get the the phone number

of my wife (thai) she knows all details.

In that area 1 rai of land is expected 1 ran bath, idont know

Saraburi in detail cause i am from Suphabburi.

The water is from the government OK for shower

and clean hands or water your plants.

I will try to find the Google coordinates and post them here

or just have a closer look at the land if you are from Saraburi

region.

We need to sell cause of money, money makes the world go around.

We asked 3 weeks ago VRS real estate company to take care for

selling this land, until know we get no offer.

If we find a buyer here now i dont know if we have to charge

VRS real estate, but that would be our problem.

We (my wife and i) are private.

No charges or percent.

(Except the land office charges / tax)
