Can anyone tell me where I can get about 500 business cards done cheap?

If you have a decent printer, you can do them yourself. Most office supply shops sell A4 sized pre-perforated sheets of 10 business cards that turn out an acceptable result.

Also- just about every shopping center has a business service shop that can make limited quantities like this. I know of several at MBK for sure. Most of them also make color copies and cut stickers / make signs, so look for the places with the colored rolls of sticker paper!
