The main option now is to fly Thai Air into Khon Kaen and get a bus or limo (from airport car hire desk) to Roi Et. As I expect you know, this is not very cheap. Khon Kaen is just introducing metered taxis. The published rates out of town are quite low and this might be an alternative to the limo.
