March 18, 201016 yr Hi, I have recently bought an apartment in the Millennium Residence. After 2 inspections we are almost ready to take ownership - still some outstanding snags but the developer has committed to fixing these. My plan is now to rent the unit out, I am not based in Thailand and so would like to find an Interior Design company to fit the apartment out, furniture, curtains etc, ready for rental. Has anyone used any based in BKK that they would recommend? Many thanks.
March 18, 201016 yr Hi, I think that any design company would charge you an arm and a leg, but I know 2 freelancers who are pretty good. If your budget is a bit tight for them, my business partner would also be willing to do it for a flat fee. I will PM you my details. Cheers
March 18, 201016 yr I know this young guy (he is about 26/27) in Bkk who has done a lot of condos...several in the new Metropolitan in Sathorn Rd....he speaks great english,well traveled and has some really good contacts....he did a small job for me in Phuket...I will PM you his name and phone number
