Can anyone offer some advise please.

Up until now I have been very happy using uTorrent as my downloader.

Today I have tried to update to the latest version but keep getting a Thai version. Maybe the download is region tagged somehow.

Any ideas for getting an English copy as my Thai reading skills are useless.

Utorrent recognises that you are in Thailand.

Go to www.filehippo.com and download from there if they have the latest version.

Google search to get to the real uTorrent web site.

Go to downloads section - select 2.0 stable.

When you have downloaded it and double-clicked to start the install, stop and read the prompts during the install process. Don't blindly press enter.

One of the prompts is select application display language, it probably is offering Thai as default because it reads your locale from the Windows environment, I did this for a friend the other day - there is a choice of about 24 (?) languages.

When you see the Thai script for "Thai" use the up/down cursor buttons to choose English, Spanish, French Etc.

I did my link takes you to the home page and then you can just download the updated utorrent or get the language packs ,colino

check your regional settings --- if u have set for thailand u will get the thai version - auto -- set for your home country -- i set mine for australia - as when i set for thai most searches come up in thai same with utorrent - i just updated to the lastest version = suggest u also install google toolbar --- has a translation feature very handy --
