My avocados are getting lost in translation
The best avocados I have found here are quite elongated, They are called long neck avocados. The Russell and Pura Vida varieties are from southern Florida, the Caribbean and Central America. They are grown in Thailand, and Vietnam exports them. Easy to tell when they are ripe, the skin turns from green to purple. IMO tastier than Haas. -

Life of a overstayer.
I've been in a lot of hospitals for this and that. Hospitals in BKK will ask for a passport. If you are in the system it's possible you won't be asked, but a caveat if you are there for something serious and or expensive. Returned to a hospital for follow up some months back - just gave them the HN. Many years ago, not in Bangkok I was able to utilize hospital services under an assumed name. I used it for a few things, chief among them anon HIV tests without traveling to BKK. I actually checked in and out with Dengue once as well under the assumed name. Patient probably still exists. Having said that I'd say it's highly to extremely unlikely you'd go through a hospital, clinic and most anything of a medical nature without proffering your ppt -

That's probably already happening. Camp Pendleton is just up the road from LA. Right up I-5. Depending on the rush hour traffic, it could be a quick trip. Maybe a one hour drive. I'm not sure they'd divert traffic on that segment of I-5, and the only time it really quiets down is about 3-4AM. I used to live in Del Mar, close enough to I-5 that I could hear the traffic at rush hour, and notice its absence very late at night. Anyway, don't think there Marines couldn't show up on short notice.
