im in need commercial property agency in the pattaya area. i had some dealing with evans marketing in the past,

but it looks like they no longer exist? or have they just moved?

Real estate pimps are a dime a dozen in Patters...just make sure you get a copy of their passport and run a criminal background and Interpol search on them...the results might be most interesting. A Google search could also be quite illuminating.

Not by far. Permier Homes in Jomtien and Sunbelt Asia are both much larger companies.

Edit: Actually neither TBAC or Sunbelt are commercial property agencies, they're business brokers.
