Page Formatting/style On & Off

You folks are probably aware of this already but...

For the last two days the page style/formatting of the site keeps switching on & off at times through out the day.

Whether viewed in Firefox or IE

Here are a couple screen shots...

Same for me since yesterday. Cleared cache, restarted browser, tried control F5 nothing works. I can't see the screen shots posted by flying. Other websites working fine.
