Has Anyone Seen Egg Colors Or Egg Color Pens?

Looking for some egg colors or pens to color some easter eggs with my son. Has anyone seen them available? Maybe Central or Robinson, Tops ?

Isn't egg color just food coloring?

Not positive but I think so....
