What Perfumes Are Worn By Thai Women?

Featured Replies

What are three of the top perfumes that are made and sold in Thailand...worn by young Thai women?

Are their online sources for purchasing these perfumes?

I am only interested in perfumes that are not foreign brands but Thai made and sold in Thailand...

^well this is what is most popular with thai women. Other than that, prob knockoffs of said western perfume. :)

Hopefully, some one else will be able to provide the name of popular Thai made perfumes...not a Thai made knockoff of a foreign brand, but a perfume favored by Thai women and made in Thailand.

One local brand comes to my mind: "Mistine". It's made here in Bangkok and their range of products covers cosmetics and perfumery. Said to be popular among those who cannot (yet) afford Western perfumes.

Don't know the names, but by the smell most of them come in the cheap and nasty catagory, more like cats pee really.

As said western perfumes.

They who cannot afford the import, buy the fakes they have at every fair around the kingdom.

I like women to wear Chanel No5..................and nothing else :)

TBH I can't think of a single locally made national brand of perfume. There are quite a few little manufacturers that make lotions, creams, and sprays from essential oils tho

Have a look in Tesco, Big C or any other supermarkets. No doubt u will find a range of local perfumes /scents just as there is for blokes - (Focus, Excit brand etc).

It will be the cheaper ones that most of the Thai women will be wearing .

my wife doesn't wear any scent but my MiL does and it comes from powders rather than perfumes...like the 'after bath' variety...

quite nice as she always smells very nice and she's not high falutin or fancy in anyway...just a country woman that still works outdoors every day...

There is also a Thai company called "Socha Cosmetics" the missus buys some skin care products from them, dunno if they have parfum.

Most thai ladies I know use the western stuff, some japanese/korean stuff or knock offs of them.

Actually if you go to some of the smaller more local malls you will find booth(s) with vails of scents which you can mix and match.

I was at the mall and saw a poster for a perfume "SEXY ME" by Patchrapa. Its made in France though. :D

"Aum" Pachrapa Chaichua is kickass though. I would wear her perfume... but I have no idea what it smells like. :)

See a lot of branded perfume on sales along the road. Guess should be imitation as the price is way too low.

One of my thai friend was telling me, some were actually "took out" from company and sell at cheaper price.

Any experience or comment?

Maybe just drop the perfume idea and get a 10 litre tub of that skin whitening stuff. Should do the trick.

udontthani orchid farm sold some wierd perfume made from hormones excreted by a fly or beetle, canr emember the name; i liked the scent. it was given to me as a gift many years ago... its supposed to attract males... cant find teh bottle now iether. a little tiny bottle. its from the big orchid farm that has/had the famous singing/dancing orchid that was bred there... this was many many years ago -- 7 years ago more or less.
