The people who sell kebabs at Sunshine Hotel on Soi 8 (previously by the old immigration office) are looking to franchise their business. They want to franchise their current location and everything that goes with it as they have an opportunity to move to Walking Street. I've been buying kebabs from them for about 9 years and 99% of people who have tried their kebabs love them. They have a lot of regulars at that location and lots of foot traffic. There are several other vendors selling kebabs now, but as many of you know, it's certainly not the same!! If anyone is looking to earn a fairly decent income this would be a great opportunity.
