On a 4 1/2 floor townhouse in Bangkok I want to build the 1/2 floor into a full floor by pouring a new concrete floor on the open 1/2.

Size of the area to be poured would be about 40 square meters.

Anyone have any idea how much something like this might cost?

Also is there a certain way that this should be constructed? Obviously if the builder built the floor incorrectly and it collapsed it would probably be fatal for people below, so i want to make it's constructed properly.
