Is this working for other people? If I subscribe to a thread I never get a notification of reply. Not because I have no friends and no-one replies to my threads (that's another story...)

Have you checked the email registered with your account? Make sure its current. Also, you may need to whitelist @thaivisa email addresses -- add forum at thaivisa.com to your safe list and see if that solves the problem.

And finally, I am assuming you've checked your forum notification susbscriptions to make sure that they really have been marked?
