April 14, 201016 yr Before any wag lowers the tone of the place, this from wikipedia. The term skirt steak refers to two cuts of beef steak, one from the plate and one from the flank. May 8, 20224 yr Some good info guys. I am a fairly serious home cook and have been struggling trying to find both skirt and flank steak on a regular basis. I have seen it at times at VM, but not dependable enough for the weekly shopping list. Sounds like Makro frozen is my best bet. If anyone knows what might be more dependable, given the age of some of the posts, I am all ears.
