Who are all the people who are referenced as third hand. general P, everyone knows, identified but not named, unnamed spokesman, etc. Today, the suspected instigators of the of the shoot up were susposed to have been identified but no names were forthcoming, Why?

Possible libel / slander I suspect, also if the general did launch a coup would you want to be the guy who named and shamed him once he's in charge ?
