If you are looking to avoid the F/X fees, I think it’s impossible to get the interbank exchange rate from any F/X service provider AFAIK. If you actively trade currencies as a trader on Oanda then I think you can avoid the F/X fees, but years ago Oanda stopped allowing customers to use their services in order to purely just exchange and transfer money without actively trading. -

Musk's world will eventually start to collapse post election. He is a very arrogant and cocky man and has done a lot of damage to the US economy with his manipulations. People complain about George Soros, but Musk is sometimes doing worse. He assumes he has Trump under his thumb and he assumes he can intimidate and sabotage a Democrat administration. He is mistaken. Trump is no fool. Both Republican and Democrat congressional members are just waiting for the right time and then they will attack. Zuckerberg of Facebook/Instagram will get his too. Many of the western influencers who sold their platforms to Russian state actors will eventually have to take responsibility for their actions. They are slowly being exposed and they will eventually have to answer for taking foreign agent money and in some cases making false tax declarations. To a certain extent the Ukraine war has benefited democracy as it has exposed the free world's weaknesses to manipulation and disinformation campaigns. Better it is addressed now than when there is a worldwide conflict. -

Stop pretending to know what I would do, or what I have done, or been through in the past. I'll say it again, I stick by my original post, and have done exactly as I stated in my original post in prior accidents. And just for your information, the dashcam did indeed prove me in the right, and the other drivers in the wrong (3 times now here in Thailand). Swerving to avoid an accident, without being sure of what will result from it, could open you up to whatever accident you cause by leaving your lane, thus making YOU at fault. It is not "dangerous driving" to drive in your lane while following the laws/rules, however, swerving and causing an accident in another lane could be "construed" as deliberate or dangerous driving. Best advice is to stay in your original lane, unless you are absolutely positive it is safe enough to swerve to avoid an accident. -

Thai immigration online 90 day reporting system
You used an agent, and therein lies your issue. Your extension was obtained from an IO where the agent had 'connections'. In this case from Bangkok from the sound of it, so you were registered at some 'bogus' address in the Province where the extension was issued. If you look at your extension stamp, it will state which IO issued it. To now file 90-day reports at CM where you actually reside, you need to file a new TM30 with CM.- 1

She may have had an illness and due to her long work hours succumbed. I think we can agree that migrant workers are often overworked and exploited. It is conceivable that she was in a foreign country, not conversant in Russian and most likely left to her own devices to survive in what can be a harsh environment in the best of times.- 1
