What restaurant chains are there in Thailand? Subway (hahA)? McD's; BURGER KING; SUBWAY; PIZZA HUT; PIZZA COMPANY; OISHI; OTHER JAPANESE PLACES; MOSS BURGER; KFC; A & W; MK (SUKI); HOT POT; SUSHI; & MORE...

Strawberrys (hard to find?)

You can get them in frozen packs from Makro.

Yes to your question. If your asking about western chains, McDonald's, Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut, Sizzler, Subway. You know the typical crap.

you'll find most of your needs in Bangkok, however once out of metro your choice becomes less available.

For those too "enlightened" to eat in farang-style fast food places, there are tons of independent restaurants with psuedo-Western offerings that taste like crap and and cost more than McDs. :)

My missus buys em by the punnet at the local smelly market.

...and in every other city and town in Thailand where there's enough room to erect a small shop!
