Hi All

Does anyone know of a nice 1 or 2 bed clean and modern condo, in a good location in Jomtien, (ie close to beach, and centre) but not in a girly bar soi, I need a basic kitchen, good internet, nice balcony, pref True TV, good furniture,

my max in 20K for low, min 6 months to a year, ( dont mind paying a little extra in high)....

I will pay 1 month in advance, 1 month deposit

I have 48sqm single bed condo in ViewTalay 5C, right on the beach and close to all amenities. Finished to high specification with lovely views from balcony.

Have also 55sqm single bed condo in ViewTalay 6, on Beach Road, Pattaya, next to the new Central Festival Shopping Complex.
