If cost is no problem, go to australia and get a tourist visa, they are (at the moment) giving out up to 10 X60 day visas for $45 aud per visa.....

or a kabab shop in the tourist areas, or a bar, or accomodation on the islands or well...... anything really....

Are you sure? Where can i find more information about that promotion? In my home country it's max. 3 X 60.

This is one of the funniest threads around.

Lately there has been a number of this popping up all over other forums also.

I really must question OP's mental state to even consider posting something like that for a few reasons

1. Why would anyone in their right mind give out successful business concept to create competition?

2. Why would anyone in the right mind give out an idea for business that could work?

3. Why would anyone in the right mind post asking for advice yet stating that money is no object? If money is not object then why would you want to open business? you have money

4. Why would anyone in the right mind open themselves up for con artists or scammers or some fraud?

5. If someone already failed in one business, why would anyone in the right mind try same thing again in the same country? and seek public advice?

I may come across as negative, but to me this is just mental.

I'm glad you find my thread humorous.

1. I'm not asking for a detailed concept, just some tips/ideas. Which markets are ok to invest in?

2. Why not? Are you really that insecure of mentioning your ideas/tips? Afraid someone with better understanding of business might use your concept? You probably failed one to many times in business before, which results in a kinda bitter type of reaction towards anyone seeking advice.

3. Because i want to live in Thailand without the hassle of going back to my home country every 3 or 6 months to get a tourist visa. I want a B-visa, unless it's possible to buy a long-term visa but i didn't come across that yet.

I've been told tourist visa rules change all the time. I've also been told that if one's passport has more than 2 years of tourist visa's stamped you might get a problem at the customs.

Besides that i want to invest in Thailand in the future, starting with an easy to maintain business seems like a good test.

4. You really do question my mental state. Anyone in the right mind wouldn't react to con artists or frauds. You mentioning however... would, otherwise you wouldn't bring it up.

5. Clearly you are not a successful businessman. 100 people might fail and 1 might succeed, that 1 might be me. I've been succesful so far and i'm willing to take the risk to invest little bit of my money into this country.

You do come across jealous. Your overly negative and cynical comments in combination with bringing up money-comments indicate you have a deep psychological disorder of jalousie-ism.

"anyone in the right mind" wouldn't use your offending choice of words on a public forum, but hey it's anonymous. I recently read a report about people like you and the way they react on forums, i don't recall the exact outcome of the trial but it has to do with insecurity in real life and autism.

So who has a mental-state problem? you or me?

If you want i can look the report up for you so you can get some professional help. Even while you are trying to offend me i'm trying to help you.

To all the others, i appreciate any feedback and constructive posts.

Just your comments which i highlighted to save time from posting it again, already show your brain and mental capacity

1. With B visa one still has to leave the country every 3 months, and one does not really need a business to acquire one. If you did have the money or the brain or just ability to even read would of known this.

2. NO ONE on this planet can buy a visa, People apply for a visa or acquire a visa

3. "But i do not come across that" Have you considered seeing immigration lawyer to find out all the information?(this service is if not free then 3000 baht maximum and since money is no object for you, one with stable mental capacity would of done that already)

4. Tourist Visa rules do not change all the time, anyone with half a brain and access to internet would know that.

5. Again, anyone with half a brain and no lack of money, would visit a lawyer to clarify everything.

6. Are you that naive or that unstable to make this post "starting with an easy to maintain business" If you had any idea about business, ever ran one , you would know that no business is easy-this is why it is a business.

Anyhow, you are right, i am not successful and i am jealous

PS. Got a business for you-very easy to maintain, selling mine for 1 000 000 baht, just transfer the money into my account and i will send you email how to run it.

Not at all, I think you come across as realistic.

The nature of the information in the OP has smacks of BS all over it and I am sorry to say, that I doubt it is genuine.

You failed to mention you are also a Nigerian Prince :):D

My comments to Kuffki also apply to you. :D

I don't have to proof myself to a bunch of anonymous internetpeople. But if some would like to know how i got started with my business, what i exactly do etc. i will be willing to post that. I didn't originally do that because i know i will be flamed as soon as i mention i have a decent running business. That's just too much for some people, their mind would be like, oh my god he's half my age and earns more in a week than i do in a year! I have to flame him and say he's full of BS although i don't know him! That will make me feel better because i'm so insecure!

You really shouldn't judge someone on a few posts.

LMAO

You already said your business was not successful because of the lack of brain or some other dribble.

Please get your facts right prior to responding or stick to the same story

Oh my, i think i just told someone the truth and he's not very happy with it.

1. I already know that, but there's a difference between flying to malaysia and back within 1 day, every 3 months. Or flying back to the netherlands every 6 months to get my new tourist visa and wasting a lot of time. Besides that i hate long flights.

2. Oh really

3. No, because i thought it would be nice to have a talk with like-minded people on this forum. But clearly some of them like you are incapable of sticking to the original question, what type of business can i setup which is easy to maintain?. My plan was to obtain a B-visa by setting up a small business, and if anyone thinks i should go for a different type of visa then just say so instead of being such an anonymous troll.

4. Then i have been misinformed, but looking at this unstable government i wouldn't be surprised if it would.

5. Does a lawyer specialised in visa's give me advice on what type of business to setup, no? I was merely seeking some advice on this forum and then ofcourse talk it over with a specialist later on.

6. Haha. Really, the fact it's very difficult for YOU to setup and maintain a business doesn't mean it's difficult for me. I have multiple online businesses and over 70 employees, now please don't flame me sir!

How about you give me 10 000 000 thb and i will tell you how to successfully outsource your key-tasks and quit being jealous.

P.s. You still have a serious mental disorder basing on your language mr. anonymous.

I think the best way to establish a successful hands off business in Thailand is to spend some time in Pattaya. Get yourself hooked up with one of the many nice

girls you can meet in the really excellent business oriented bars there. The girl will be able to help you invest and she can also introduce you to some members of her family

who can help run the business when you are out of the country. Now this idea is contingent on having a very liberal supply of money but it has been a widely used over the years. If things don't work out the first time....there are lots of girls who can help you start over with a new venture. Business opportunities in Thailand are virtually unlimited... :)

actually it is stupid to come on here asking what kind of biz to get into!

Read my lady, read. I'm merely seeking advice. Why is it a stupid idea? This forum is called business isn't it?

are you really a successful businessman song? success and petty dont seem to go together.

I'm doing pretty well. Petty, i don't see how that applies to me.

I asked you why you think it's stupid to ask advice on a business forum, not start name calling me. I know it's very difficult for you to answer a simple question.

People who have never run a business think 'ideas' is what is important.

People who have ran a business know that it's the execution that is 95% of what makes a business.

It's pretty silly to hear all these 'ideas men' hold on to their ideas thinking they are actually worth any more than the paper they are written on.
