Cat And Ksc Internet; Good, Bad, Or In Between?

Featured Replies

My True internet service has taken a nose dive, and their technicians insist nothing is wrong, so once again I'm looking for an ISP. TT&T told me they can't get a line into my area, Nimmanhamin, and I will never again go with TOT, which seems to leave me with CAT and KSC. Are there any users of these two ISP's who care to comment on quality of service? Are there any other ISP's I should consider? Thanks for your help.

It seems the best way to get reliability from the ISPs here is to use more than one. Maybe you could get an AIS 3G account to back up your TRUE connection? The 3G connection would help bypass any issues with the physical lines in your area. I imagine the Nimmanhemin area has good signal coverage too.

I use a CAT dongle, which I assume uses 3G, as my back-up connection. It's a good back-up, but too slow for internet radio and other things I like to do on the internet. I'll keep it as my back-up, but I'm still looking for a hard-line replacement for True.
