Tb5 To Ns3

Hi

we (that is my Thai family) own a plot of NS3 land, 2 rai. we also 'own' around 2 rai of TB5 land which borders on the NS3.

I've been told it is possible to 'upgrade' the TB5 if the same owner has NS3 bordering it

does anyone know the procedure? I'm aware there are restrictions on the size of the land upgraded compared to the size of the NS3, and also how many times it can be done per paper

Go to the land office and make an application. You will probably have to pay for a new survey.
