All the different color shirts and all the money lost to trade and commerce got me to thinking.

It all comes down to negotiating and compromise.

Four people go into a closed door meeting for a couple of hours and come out again with nothing solved. If one of the people was a bar girl something might get done.

She has so many more tools at her disposal than the ordinary politician. She probably knows who is doing who and who has done who. The reason men strive for power is sex anyway. So put it out front on the table. Instead of stealing the taxpayers money to buy sex the bar girl party could cut out the middle man.

What does it take to be a politician? Ability to be a world class liar. The ability to act like a saint when they really are a sinner. Good at holding babies and mumbling unintelligible remarks. Making total strangers think they care about them. Who is better at these things than a bar girl?

Conservative estimates put the number of bar girls and support personal at around 10 million. That is a sizable number. With a little bit of organization they would be a major force.

And there is also the media angle. The entire world would become focused on Thai politics. If a village wanted a water tower built; in a matter of minutes some country would step forth with the assistance. BBC, ABC, CNN and the entire worlds broadcasting services would be focused on Thailand 24/7.

It there was a problem with terrorists, chances are the bar girls would know some terrorist big wig who would rather remain anonymous. They could stop terrorism in it’s tracks.

With all the Russians, Iraqi’s, Iranians, Israelis, Chinese, Koreans, Americans and Brits visiting Thailand the bar girls could pull the strings that would bring peace to the Middle East in a few weeks.

If the North Korean generals had suites at a beach front hotel in Pattaya how long would they continue to favor isolation?

Thailand and the world are overlooking a major opportunity.

Enough of the red and yellow and black shirts and bring on the see thru shirts!

I've said the same things many times over, Mark. What we need is more hookers and less politicians and lawyers. And, it doesn't matter what country you are talking about.

Mark; Do not forget the bar girls who moonlight as nurses. Many a time I have heard a morning after drink ordered " Nurse bring us a round", even here they seem to acknowledge this distress call.
