I changed my avatar but next to my posts is still my old one. In my controls avatar settings it shows the new avatar. Does it take the board some time to change it or how does it work ?

The issue is with the old avatar being cached, either on your local computer or at the ISP. Use the CTRL+F5 key combination to refresh your page, may need to do it a few times. If that doesn't work then it may be still in the ISP cache and may need to wait a day or two. At the moment I see a photo of a guy and girl.

it also depends on the server load. Many times the site is very slow and doesn't load avatars or link buttons at all. When the site's very busy, you won't even see the online users at the bottom. They may have to change to a new server.l

That is the old one, the new one is a funny cartoon.

I see in both the profile and on page the old one. In that case, suspect need to wait until the Thaivisa load balance server caches gets updated, probably tonight.
