PATTAYA:-- A further meeting took place at Pattaya City Hall on Friday, chaired by Khun Wattana, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya where delegates discussed the Pattaya Songkran Festival and the problems that occurred and how they can be resolved for next year. Three major issues, major traffic congestion, a shortage of water and problems with emergency services were discussed.

The same way they ban the water cannons and white powder?? Bans only work when enforced!

Shorten the Festival to 2 days from 9 to 18 each day and BAN farangs from participating. (They could still be exposed though). And have the bib enforce it and heavy fines to those who not comply.
