I tried VPN and signed up, I went to a lot of trouble getting a very good paid service then a huge disappointment! the internet connection was way too slow it just could not work at all .

Waste of time and money, until Thailand gets some fast reliable international pipes.

Nothing wrong with the links, but certainly some of the ISP's

True right now is one of the best to the rest of the world, as this example below shows.

PS: and a biggy, you must ensure your VPN provider has the UPlink bandwidth too (over 4mbs), else it is all a moot point.

Are we talking about a proxy ISP to give the impression you are in the UK so you can watch iplayer etc ??

Noticed that posters have claimed you need 4MGB speed to watch streaming TV ?

My connection is about 1mgb on average but is fine for watching iplayer here in the Uk.

Do you need a higher speed to watch streaming tv as opposed to iplayer or does it make no difference ??

What the hel_l is MGB? Ive heard of MB - megabyte and Mb - megabit?

Chivas, you mean Megabit right? or 1Megabyte/8Megabit? Its confusing for me to be honest and I deal with this daily, let keep to known shortenings.
