Flying With Dogs To San Francisco

G'day,

Do you know what options are there? We could drive to BKK, but Thai only fly to LAX. Would like to avoid BKK since going down is like back tracking.

I usually always fly China Airlines to SFO. They used to fly Phuket to Taipei, then on to SFO. Actually I was just looking at airline ratings and China Airlines was 4 star. United and American 3 star. Check out skytrax.net. Actually google it, it didn't work when I pasted it into my browser.

But nobody has answered the question about taking a dog with you. I would like to know how much it is etc. I looked up on some US government website that you can bring a dog from Thailand as long as you have records of it's vaccinations, which I do.
