Anybody know how many hours/days before your flight you can upgrade to Premium Economy using your air miles with Thai Airways.

As soon as you are ticketed, you should try to do the upgrade ASAP as once those seats are sold out, your chance to upgrade has passed. As soon as I received the eTicket for the flight (LAX/BKK), I call the TG Gold line and make the arrangement with them.
