I have had a couple of Non-O Immigrant VISA's from Canada but the last one expired in April. I don't normally need it because I work offshore on a 28 day rotation. However the rig I am on will be going in for repairs so I need to stay here longer than 28 days. I read I can get a 60 day extension based on marriage to a Thai but can't find the thread. Is that correct? If not what are my options?

Married to Thai 8 years

Father of 2 Luek Krung Children

Have legal marriage certificate and birth certificates

My pay is deposited in Thailand so I can show income.

Thanks in Advance.

Correct, if you are married to a Thai and visiting your wife or children you can get a 60 day extension from immigration.

Better call your local immigration office to see which documents they will require.

Normally it is household book of wife, wife ID, marriage certificate and the misses her self.

No. It can only be issued one time on same entry. And believe they are also making a 3 time limit per year but that is not official.
