coming back through customs at Heathrow, i see a priority non-national customs desk, which was near empty, and the normal non-national customs desk must have had about 300 people queing. is the priority desk done through the airlines? or is there a dedicated web site offering this service?

Usually you are given a pass when you fly business/first.

That's normally for point of departure though ??

When at LHR I normally book the servisair lounge and if u go to fasttrack which is for business only, just tell them you have lounge access and they let you pass...... quicker and they let you in earlier I think the normal is only 3 hours before

You're talking about immigration aren't you ? Customer are something else and there is almost never any kind of queue.

I believe the OP is talking about immigration on arrival. There is no way to buy a fasttrack card for this as far as I know. As yaabaa said the only way is to be issued a card in business/first. Sometimes they are reluctant to hand them out and if so I always ask for and receive one.

yes sorry, immigration - the non-nat queue is horrendous. i have been through mostly when i arrive at heathrow at 6am, even then the queue had at least 300 people in it, and it was moving very slowly.

has anyone got any horror stories about the length of time their thai girlfriend/wife has had to wait at immigration? would be interested to know
