rizla
Over the last few days and nights, monitoring the TV channels nearly subconsciously at times while doing work on the computer..My opinion is that Abhisit and his advisors to me are playing a dangerous game.... The over exsposure of the clean up, fire work displays(from the past,i persume) The portraying that a monster has just passed through bangkok, but has now been banished is only going to deepen the north south divide, before you say it ...yes it was very bad what happened on both sides, but sometimes the the above 3 points are only going to hinder any unity....thoughts please.. BLUEEYEDTHAI
Not talking about it will not make it go away either.I feel the PM and cabinet have a responsibility to give this debacle a complete public airing.Of course there will be a certain amount of spin. Thats life in the big city.
jackdawson
fire work displays that's what U call the burning of the best parts of bangkok , the grenading of BTS stations and 4 star hotels and the murdering of soldiers on 10/4 ? nice personally i think they should run tapes of the rampage 24/7 and keep the siam theater standing as a burned out memorial so people (bangkokians) NEVER forget when the country folk came to town Edited May 27, 2010 by jackdawson
Changian
If you're going to rewrite history to suit yourself, it's always better to do it as soon as possible.
SomTumTiger
If you're going to rewrite history to suit yourself, it's always better to do it as soon as possible. The one who needs to rewrite it is Thaksin, but he appears to be in a poor position to do so. Pity.
