Can a Thai limited company get a DEBIT card (e.g. Visa Electron)?

(Reason: I need to add a Thai-registered credit or debit card to the company's Paypal account and Kasikorn Bank have told me we need to have 10 million baht registered capital before we can have a credit card. We are only 2 mill.)

AMEX only do credit cards, not debit cards don' they? Are their credit cards easy to get?

I thought they did both: but you could be right.

I'm not sure if they are difficult to get, but I think they are probably easier (for companies) than ones issued by Thai banks. Of course, that statement could be utter rubbish - just a feeling.
