Help! Paying Tot Phone Bill

Featured Replies

Anyone used TOT's on line billing and payment service I cant seem to register on there website keeps rejecting it! Has anyone got any ideas of how to pay TOT phone bill while your back in the UK? Can you pay in advance or via your bank any ideas welcomed

Thanks

The easy way is direct debit from your savings account but you will probably have to be in Thailand to set it up. Have no idea what is required for on-line system so can not help you there.

you have to have a thai e-banking account than you can pay by internet

also when they refuse it could be because you mixup the client and invoice number

OOHHH YEEESS. I have had loads of grief with this one.

Why will it not accept your application ?

Is it by any chance because of a "full file" or something.

I sent them many emails quoting the full problem and didn't even get an acknowledgement.

Then a month, yes a month later, the details were accepted and I was registered.

Now I cannot log in.

Oh it is so wonderful to have all this hi-tech stuff being run by a bunch of our souls.

have been using TOTonline for around 3 years, no problem if you pay your bill in time, but 1 day late...forget it, no more possible.

I stopped using this service (and stopped my credit card) after bookmarking the payment page; when iÍ logged in the next time through this bookmark I ended up in a totally different account (no, I did not have to enter a username and password) An email to TOT webmaster and 3 branches had been unanswered.
