Skytrax, which carries out the largest global passenger surveys have recently announced the winners of the 2005 Awards.

Best Cabin Staff Awards based on nearly 3.5 million interviews over ten months were -

Congrats to Thai. Although there is negativity about their aircraft it is hard to fault their crew. My criteria focuses on dealing with a young toddler on a plane . Everytime ,the Thai staff, at the gate, and on the plane have been fantastic . Always seem to get a free middle row of seats Many times the hostesses babysit and take her to explore the plane . Really is muchly appreciated to parents coping with a two year old on a long flight.

My comparison , for this regard, to Qantas or EK , is not so glowing
