i'm in trouble and i need advise from ladies in this board. I contacted genital warts and i need a good STI doctor in bangkok - gynaecologist or dermatologist to remove them. pls advise me where and who i can see for this embrassing problem. Hope to get a positive feedback. Thanks for your help.

Hi lily, so sorry to hear about your medical problems, you might try the medical section. Although I have never seen the obgyn at Bumrungrad, the hospital has a good reputation and the dermatologist I saw there was quite good.

I've been to the OB GYN at Bum Rung Rad. Although it was pretty mortifying (not quite sure why it's more mortifying having ones personal goods inspected by someone in a foreign country...but it is!) I felt comfortable that they knew what they were doing.

It was a bit bizarre though, back in the states, once you're in the room the door is pretty much kept shut once your underneath that flimsy sheet thing they give us. At Bumrungrad, they pulled some Japanese curtain like thing in front of the door, and i proceeded to have a series of 3 or 4 nurses fly through with various errands to attend to.

but, i did see a female doctor who spoke very good english. it costs an arm and a leg though. good luck!

Wife had some Ob-GY work done at Phyathai 2 last year and i cant fault them......and it didnt cost an arm or leg (x-cus pun)

I used to go to Bangkok Nursing Home. They have female gynos who speak English very well and are professional. All the best.
