Does anyone know where I might find Granulated garlic and onion and kosher salt??? I have been to most of the Villa Markets. The Emporium and the Paragon plus the Tops on soi 24....Big Thanks....I make my own rubs and Bbq sauces and really need these ingriedients!!!!!

Samut Sakhon on the way to Hua Hin. Business is sea salt. Any grind from fine to rock salt, sold in large bags if you want.

Sea salt can be found all over Thailand in local talats (used for pickling) - originating mostly from Petchaburi or Hua Hin.

I would suggest dissolving it in water, vinegar, or some liquid used in your recipe first, then filtering it through about 4 layers of cheesecloth to remove any sand.
