Marble Cake, Home Made

Couple of days ago I bought 2 pc of marble cake from a very good bakery/pastry shop but did not ask how much a piece was.

Arriving at home I saw on the bill: 80Baht/pc. The quality was absolutely perfect no doubt!!!

But today I was in the mood for baking and went shopping to TOPS to get all the ingredients:

I took only the best I could get: Imported butter, very good chocolate, rum and vanilla extract, imported lemon etc.

Total amount: 800baht and I made 8 whole cakes.

ok, Dont see why you cannot freeze anyhow, only chocolate and sponge after all :). seems a good idea to cook 8 rather 1 at a time

Sure I could freeze a few but most of the time they "are gone" before I can freeze them. Will bake again this week and freeze a couple, ok?

From my experience they keep very well when frozen.
