Unable To Edit Storage Folders - Error Message

Featured Replies

I have tried all evening to edit the names of my storage folders, and to add a new one. I have followed the instructions ("only alpha-numeric"), etc.

I keep getting the following board error message:

"Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.

The error returned was:

You cannot remove that virtual directory"

The weird thing is, I'm not trying to remove anything. Just edit a name or add a new folder/directory.

Is something broken?

Hmmm, it works ok for me.

I can only get that message if I try to delete the two original (non removable) directories, inbox and sent items.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

Just tried it again, and I get that error message if I try to do ANYTHING to ANY directory (the removable ones). And, still can't add new directories. I'm only experimenting with my last directory which I emptied of files because I couldn't add any new directories.

As a new mod, I'm having need to further categories new PM's from members/mods, and information I'm collecting about modding.

Could someone check further?

Thanks so much,

TT

works ok for me too, let me check your account.
