The missus is off to the states on holiday and would like to drive while she is there

Does anyone know where she would apply in Chiang Ma for an international driving licencei and how long the process will take?

I'm sorry, but I find it hard to believe that any country that has a 'proper 'driving test would allow a Thai to drive there, without first taking a test..

I certainly wouldn't!!...but I don't make the rules.
