thaigerd
Just took them out of the smoker this afternoon: Wagyu Beef Bacon (MB 4/5). It was a special request from a customer and we've made two different flavours: Traditionell & Arabica. I like the Arabica much more hmmmmmmmm Now they have to dry out a bit more for some days and it will be a supporting item for a special Wagyu Lunch this Sunday. Here some pics: Gerd
gotlost
Your beef bacon looks good. But what are you calling Arabic? I spent many of years in Saudi and the bacon you offer looks nothing like what they offer.

justcruisin
I just brought a(4.5Kg) cubed roll of Wagyu from Aus recently, absoloutely the best meat I have ever tasted. Anyone need some? I was thinking it would be good to have some more sent over.

jfchandler
Ditto on that... Now only how much... but how??? I didn't think it was possible to have fresh food (meat/fruits/veggies) shipped into Thailand by the normal (ex-pat) resident. I'd be happy to be proven wrong on this... thaigerd
Your're right, you need an import license for each single product and FDA. Gerd
