I received a phone call this evening from a Thai friend living in Issan saying something

about severe weather in the form of a hurricane type storm is heading for Pattaya

to the extent that one person is even intending to leave the city :) .

There is nothing on any weather website that mentions this . Has anyone else heard about this?
