June 21, 200521 yr In my experience it is cheaper for the Thai party to call overseas, than vice versa. Voice over IP calls through TOT 008 are billed at 10 baht a minute to many countries, including Oz.

You will definitely be impressed with the quality of the call, especially PC-PC, but it's not bad from PC-PSTN Calls to Thai mobiles are roughly the same as to a landline (except BKK) at 9 eurocents/minute.
