ETC
If someone proposed a perpetual motion machine on this web-board should Members only post positive comments ... especially when any constructive comments are belittled? My apologizes to the Op, but some things need clarification. Jazzbo How about being a little more specific? What proposed perpetual motion machine? What constructive comments? etc
PatLogan
We're back in small production of number 2, a shaped cream cheese and cream cheese. The former is now available in Foodland Pattaya. If successful, FL will take it nationwide. Please let us know if it does! Goat cheese

cdnvic
Two posts were removed, more should have been. Trolling is bad enough but responding to every post they make just makes it worse. Enough of hijacking the topic. Give reasonable discussion a chance, as we aren't going to tolerate another argumentative post.

Livinginexile
does anyone know where yo buy rennet in Thailand? just a small amount, i want to play with making a small amount of cheese at home i'm in a dairy cow area and can get small amounts of raw milk direct from the farm steve actually, may be easier to buy on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/...=item2556fcd5f7 Have not tried this guy but..... have rennet both rennet in form of liquid and tablet form. i also have thermophilic culture which is use to culture the bacteria for cheese making so if u are interested u can call me @ 0876901211 my name is I think you are going about this the wrong way. Shouldn't you be opening a cheese making facility first AND THEN buy the milk? If you have the money...you can buy the milk at market price. Or are you looking for a milk producer to fund the whole operation? Edited November 1, 2010 by Livinginexile
tim armstrong
Dave, I have an Australian friend from Victoria, who has been working at a government to government level for many years now to improve the Thai dairy industry. He would know as much as anyone about the pros and cons of your venture. He's quite practical, and I'm sure would be helpful. PM me if you want more info. Regards.
